Tango, the urban dance, meets the magic of the woods. One sunny afternoon last December, over a table and a drink at bar "La Orquidea" in Buenos Aires, the respected teachers who would take part in TANGOdelBOSQUE discussed a new teaching approach that would suit all level of dancers and cover both traditional and "nuevo" tango. What followed was a teaching scheme that would provide an intense and versatile learning experience. Dancers will be assigned a different workshop theme for each day: "Axis, around, in and out", "Improvisation and role change", "Silences and suspensions", "Flow and dynamics" Teachers will rotate so everyone will benefit from different teaching approaches, helping dancers develop a deeper understanding of tango concepts as well as individual preferences and styles. This wider view and variety of experience is essential to strengthen the foundations, bring in new ideas and cultivate your own dance.
